About our Courses

All our courses are accredited against SAQA Registered Unit Standards by the appropriate SETA, (Where a US ID is indicated).

Our Facilitators and Assessors are subject matter experts and use outcomes based methodologies throughout our interactive contact sessions. Formative assessments are designed to ensure the learner's progress and summative assessments are conducted for accredited qualifications.

We appoint a Mentor for every group to guide each learner through their portfolio or any assignments to be completed. On-line resources are also available here along with a FAQ's Page.

Wherever possible, a workplace application project is included to ensure transfer of the learning.

We achieve our Training Quality Objectives through continuous assessment of our own performance and ensuring that:

  1. All Facilitators are Subject Matter Experts who maintain their expertise through application of the subject matter.
  2. All Facilitators are qualified in Outcomes Based Facilitation using various methodologies.
  3. All Facilitators are qualified and registered as Assessors and Moderators for every programme they facilitate.
  4. All Training programmes are aligned to Unit Standards, where applicable, and accredited by an ETQA.
  5. Our Assessment and Moderation Practices are verified by an ETQA.
  6. Application assignments are included in all programmes to ensure transfer of learning.
  7. All Learners have access to post-course mentoring and support for portfolio building where required.
  8. Portfolio Assessment turnaround time is less than 7 days.
