About the Programme
This workshop was developed in response to a need to address the
topics with employees in their first leadership role and also serves
as a refresher for those leaders with some experience.
Discussions and application exercises/role plays are used to ensure
understanding and provide practice for application.
Modules 1 and 2 provide the foundation for the other topics included
in this workshop. Module 1 includes tips for four-way management.
The emphasis is on Modules 3 to 7. These include a SWOT analysis,
evaluating and setting objectives, step by step checklists for
application and practical guidelines for on-the job application.
