PMADS is an accredited training provider offering a wide range of training and training management services based on national standards and best practice. Wherever possible, our training interventions are accredited by the appropriate Education and Training Authority.

About our courses

All our courses are accredited against SAQA Registered Unit Standards by the appropriate SETA, (Where a US ID is indicated).

Our Facilitators and Assessors are subject matter experts and use outcomes based methodologies throughout our interactive contact sessions. Formative assessments are designed to ensure the learner's progress and summative assessments are conducted for accredited qualifications.

We appoint a Mentor for every group to guide each learner through their portfolio or any assignments to be completed. On-line resources are also available here along with a FAQ's Page.

ETQA Accreditation Services

An experienced practitioner can be assigned to assist the company with the accreditation process.

We will assist in this process from initial application to the final site visit and first verification.

Materials Development

Whether you are starting out or expanding, we have a wide variety of Learning Materials which have been accredited by at least one ETQA. The Learning Materials are offered for  a once off fee, no royalties or annual fees, and delivered electronically to be branded or modified for accreditation in your name or use in your organisation. Skills Development Facilitators

The essence of our SDF services is to assist organisations to attain self sufficiency through joint interventions which are designed to empower internal staff through their involvement in the planning and implementation of our services. Where this is the client's preference, we also enter into long term partnerships to provide a service to the organisation. A suitably qualified Skills Development Facilitator can be appointed and registered with the appropriate Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA’s) to represent the company. Read more......
