Skills Development Facilitators

The essence of our SDF services is to assist organisations to attain self sufficiency through joint interventions which are designed to empower internal staff through their involvement in the planning and implementation of our services. Where this is the client's preference, we also enter into long term partnerships to provide a service to the organisation. A suitably qualified Skills Development Facilitator can be appointed and registered with the appropriate Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA’s) to represent the company. The services offered by our Skills Development Facilitators include:

3. Learnership management
4. Compiling and submitting Workplace Skills Plans.
5. Compiling and submitting Annual Training Reports.
6. Individual training plans.
7. Job Training Profiles (Per occupation).
8. Source and evaluate providers
9. Source and evaluate training interventions.
