Social Responsibility

As a matter of  policy we monitor and ensure our active compliance with the spirit of the law, ethical standards, and national norms. Our aim is to embrace responsibility for the our actions as an organisation and encourage a positive impact through our activities on the environment, clients, employees, communities  and all other members of the public sphere. Furthermore, we are focused on proactively promoting the public interest by encouraging community growth and development, and voluntarily eliminating practices that harm the public sphere, regardless of legality.

We believe that every organisation, no matter how small, can make a valuable contribution to the society in which we operate. We do this through monitoring the impact of our operations on the society in which we operate and wherever possible, make meaningful financial and service contributions to worthy social causes.

Cotlands Staff Trained as Facilitators

The focus at the children’s home is to develop each child holistically, focusing on their health, educational and psychosocial needs. In this way, we will be able to proactively impact the child, the family, the community and the nation for now and the future. Visit Cotlands.

Recycling

Wherever possible, we use recycled materials, particularly the paper based consumables which, due to the nature of our business, are the main consumable. We recycle all paper through Mondi and have the proceeds donated directly to Hospice.
